Information collected

The estimate form collects your name, phone number and/or email address, city, repair details and any photos you choose to upload.

Why it is used

The information is used to assess your repair request, send a confirmation, respond to you, arrange service and keep a business record of the inquiry. It is not sold.

Confirmations

If you provide an email address, the confirmation is sent by email. If you provide only a phone number, the confirmation is sent by text message. Standard messaging rates may apply.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in the website’s Firebase project. Access should be limited to people who need the information to handle your request. Internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention and requests

Inquiry details should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for estimates, service records, legal obligations and dispute resolution. Contact the business to request access or deletion, subject to any record-keeping obligations.

Photos

Do not upload images containing identification, financial information or unrelated people. Submitted project photos are not published as gallery or marketing content without separate permission.
