Floor Section Replacement
When damage affects a cluster of boards or planks, I can assess replacing the affected section while preserving the rest of the installation. This is often considered after a leak, concentrated wear or a renovation change.
What I assess

- A removed cabinet or wall exposed unfinished flooring
- A leak affected a defined part of the room
- Multiple joints or seams have failed together
Matching expectations
